Hey guys, this is my first foray into kitchen knives. I was going for an all around useful knife. I am probably going to keep these fairly inexpensive for this run so I can get them into people's hands to use. They are all aeb-l hardened to 60rc, and are the same dimensions. They are all hand-rubbed 600 grit satin finish, with rounded spine for comfort. So far I have gotten great feedback in testing on these. Let me know what you guys think!
