WWII KABAR USMC: Help tell age and whatever else you can tell me.

I have 2 KA-BAR knives. The first one has a heavy stamp of USMC on one side, and KA-BAR OLEAN NY on the other side. Any information that I can get would be greatly appreciated. Here are pics of the knifes.

The Second KA-BAR has light stamping on the blade of USMC and KA-BAR OLEAN NY





Also included is 1 sheath. Here are pics of the sheath:







Any help would be appreciated.

It would help if you could post more pictures - specifically of the flat top of the pommels, an overall shot of each knives, both sides of the pommel and the Kabar stamps. Separate threads of each knife are preferred, since then comments made by others are specific for an individual knife, even if they are the same type of knife, as here. Pics of front and back of the sheath would be good. These could be included in overall pics of both sides of the knife it came with.
