Sorry, but I believe something is wrong. 4 or 5 days ago I bought a Gold Membership renewal and I still get the "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join." message. Last time I bought a membership it only took 24 hours. What am I doing wrong?

Through the One Stop Knife Shop like I did a year ago. I cant do it any other way because my credit card is Canadian.
