I love Yosemite.
Stay away from the valley itself - it's more crowded than downtown rush hour these days.

One of my favorite places! If you want a great hike, 18 miles up and back do half dome. Hope you aren't afraid of heights. I have done it twice, and its well worth the hike.

You'll have a great time, Yosemite is a beautiful place to check out. But a word of warning, they had started some busing program to take people into the park an make them park around the entrance, not sure if they are still doing it. That place is like Disneyland in mid summer with the amount of yahoos running around there. Have a great time!
