I’ve owned a G10 Ambitious for several years but I wanted to check out an FRN Ambitious as well.

Right now I like it better than my G10 model but it just got here less than an hour ago.

Great little knife regardless of the handle scales.

Got these in the other day. Figured I should grab these while I still can since the two K390 models are discontinued and the PD#1 is a Sprint. Already had the Leafjumper and PD#1 Endela but wanted spares. Never owned a Wharncliffe Endela, but I'll sharpen it up and see how I like it.

Picked up both the PM2 and the Manix 2 cruwear last year but most recent was a Byrd hawkbill which suprised me as the price was cheaper for a brick and mortar store than knife center , which I find is usually the cheapest nose to nose with a few other online stores . They had a benchmade gold class Bali song that was $1100 but they have it for $600 .

I finally picked up a Manix 2 in MagnaCut. Been wanting it for a while but now that I have it I'm not sure. In my mind I was thinking the Manix was about the same size as the Native but it's a bit bigger, right at the top of the size range that I'd carry for EDC. Overall my favorite knife is the Delica, and I have a Delica in HAP40 which is arguably the perfect EDC blade, so we'll see if the Manix manages to bump my Delica out of the top spot.

Be sure to give the Manix LW a chance! It’s a great knife and really doesn’t seem any more noticeable in pocket than a Delica (for me anyway).

I love HAP40
I have a few Manixes ; love them including all the jimping goodness , rarely carry them for long , wish they would get on top of the lock spring anomaly (I cut off one and a half coils of the spring for perfect action ) . . . ha ha while carrying my first Manix (110 FRN) about twelve years ago I was helping a customer cut open some packaging so they could handle a product and HE said : Whoa ! I didn't realize mechanics needed to carry a Bowie knife !
I just kind of went : errrr ? ? ?
Ha ha give it some time / they seem to look smaller the longer you carry them . e.g. I used to think a Case Trapper was a "large" knife .

a good price and weak will made me pick up this one.
Yeh I think somewhere around Covid checks I pounced on one of those . I was working full time through Covid because I was working in an "essential" trade .
(my Mommy always told me I was "special" ! . . . .er . . . never essential . . . come to think of it . . .)
anyway
I snagged one of those . I enjoy a shorter blade with a big hook on the end of the handle (?saddle horn ?) ; points the tip down for opening box tape etc. . Glad I did . Not essential but fun to have and carry and the Guy who came up with it is a character / his logo back then was fun !

Dang , I couldn't find it online .
You've probably seen it ; Jot Singh Khalsa riding a folding knife into the heavens . A Spyderco if memory serves .
