Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Pawn shop find for $35
65-69 vintage jumbo trapper, really like the bone on these older ones, this one reminds me why I rarely buy newer Case stuff

Pics or it didn't happen....

Fifty years old and looks brand new. You are incredibly lucky to find that one. Maybe you need to buy a lottery ticket today!

Picked up a Buck 124 Frontiersman a little while ago. Took a little getting used to, but it really is a nice knife

I added a couple of D2 beauties to my pile this week, both Queen built during the older regime.

Queen #3L Mountain Man in curly zebrawood, this big boy is over 4½ inches closed. Made in 2011, it opens and closes easily, but locks up tight.

Robeson Pocket Eze stockman in amber jigged wormgroove bone, medium sized at 3⅝ inches closed. This one is from the early 2000s, and the F&F is as good as any factory made pocket knife I own. No gaps anywhere, pulls a solid 6 and snaps like a gator. The bone is exquisite, as is the polish on the D2.

What a find and a remarkable example:thumbsup: I think 35 represents less than it would've cost new half a century back! It also puts into perspective the enormous prices demanded for some otherwise ordinary factory-made SFOs too.

Thanks, Will
