My meager collection basically consists of Northfield , Barlows , Stag , Old Knives , and Patterns that I like and are somewhat Unique . This one falls into the latter category . I have wanted one of these for some time and finally found one made in Scotland with a Stag handle that I feel is well made . I will still have to sharpen it if I want it sharpened . I think it was Magizm7 Magizm7 for steering me to this company and I thank him for that . One like some of my very old ancestors would have carried .

This was a positive surprise. I know Brisa makes quality knives, but this exceeded my expectations. Very comfy in hand, good quality leather sheath and it looks stunning in my humble opinion. Some stropping and this should be an excellent all round tool, just what Horace Kephart could have had in mind.
