yourcornerstore.com, good experience, bad experience??

I've had relatively good dealings with yourcornerstore.com. I received a couple of Spydies from them in good condition and with good delivery time. That said, those Spydies were not sprint runs nor were limited in availability.

My most recent purchase was a bit mixed. I specifically ordered a purple Delica and received a purple Endura instead. It took about 2 weeks or so for them send me my replacement.

I don't harbor anything negative to Mike (he answered my call and was polite and cooperative). With all the other bad experiences voiced here and elsewhere, I think I'll just stick to other retailers (even if I have to pay a bit more). In the end, the five to ten extra dollars on another vendor will save you the headache of having to deal with a potential issue.

Check out Knifeworks.com, Cutleryshoppe.com and other retailers. I can personally vouch for Knifeworks - excellent customer service and fast shipping.
 
Only bought from them once awhile ago.The items were the most competitively priced,at the time dozens were in stock,the order was quickly shipped(drop shipped) and arrived safely.A good experience but with all the recent negative feedback and the persistant problem of insufficient stock.I'm going to avoid them.
