Big Iron: Cast Iron & Carbon Steel Pans

What a coincidence. My oldest brother has moved out of his former condo and is still cleaning the place before listing it for sale. He happens to have a 15 inch Lodge and the chicken fryer Lodge skillet with cast iron lid. He called me this afternoon and is giving both to me. I have room on the rack for the 15 inch, but the chicken fryer will have to go below the cabinets. What a score!!!

One pan you'll never find. At the thrift store, flea market, second hand at a garage sale.

Are the deeper chicken fryers. You can find vintage, standard depth, pans but never a deep one.

Not vintage, but this looks like a classic chicken fryer, and pretty reasonably priced:

I don't have any experience with it, or any of their other products, but the cast iron stuff looks interesting.
