At this juncture, I wish I had used a Buck 119 previously so that I could respond that I would choose a Buck 119.

In lieu of that, I'd have to go with a Buck 110. I could a do a lot of stuff that's within my capabilities with that.

This thread was pretty fun to read through. It’s cool to see it’s still not dead.

I’d pick a Buck 124. I have far more experience with the 119 (for the last seven years I’ve carried it daily) but I recently got a 124 and have been shocked at how capable and comfortable it is. It’s now riding on my belt every day.

If allowed, I’ll also choose a pair of Nocona boots to go along with the 124 in this fantasy survival scenario. Nothing quite guarantees survival like imitating the classic 1979 ad

I have relatively few Bucks but I've been around long enough that if I had my pick it would either be a Punk or M9. Of the few I have currently either a 119 or a 102. My general answer to the question of what survival knife would I use is, "it depends". There are some scenarios where any one of the knives on the list would be better than all of the other knives on the list.
