Digital Camera Time

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W1
5.1 Mega Pixels

I really like the big LCD screen on this camera

Canon SD500.

Love it!! Just a quickie on auto setting...........

I have been anxiously waiting for almost a year now for two things... for me to get some extra cash available for it, and for the price of the Sony DSC-P200 (7.2 MP) and accessories to come down a bit. Since I don't have the money aside yet, I haven't bothered to check the prices.

my pics are all done with a FujiFilm FinePix s602z.

Eventually, I'll upgrade to the 9000 (?)

...or go to the Rebel Digital SLR.

For now, it works just fine.

Sony cybershot DSC - S70 3.3 mp. Clunky but tough. Does not bounce.

Very nice Dan!!

Olympus C740UZ (Ultra-Zoom)
only 3.2-MB but very nice pics

I've also had Olympus 35mm pocket cams
that I liked very much

i'm using a fujifilm finepix a204, only 2.0 megapixels, but more than enuff for my bleary eyes....has a 256mb mem card so i can shoot more pics at highest quality. i'd like a digital slr, but seem to spend all my loose dosh on sharp pointy stuff rather than pixely flashy stuff.

Konica Minolta Dimage X50 - 5.0 Mega Pixels 12x zoom (3x optical, 4x rendered) - pocket size and a very substantial objective-protection slide.
good pics, flash small but strong enough - sometimes it tales a bit long before it takes the pic after pressing the button. Inside is a 256 mb memory card.

I chose it because of the compact size - i take it with me when I go caving.
here is a review. mine is black - everyone uses a silver-coloured camera - I like it mine is different...

Our family digital is a Canon powershot A95. 5 megapixel. Small compact, takes excellent pics. They have improved it and the new model is the Canon powershot A610, better lens and bigger lcd on back. I think it runs around $350.00 maybe less?

i'll post a pic in a minute....

I LOVE the Lumix got two on close out at Frye's in Atlanta for $300. Had to get batteries and a charger. Have one set up for studio work and the other to take traveling.

Also got a Canon WA lens that is really for video, but with an adapter makes about 22-24mm or so WA. Works great.
