Yeah that's why I got some RD Rangers. Paired with the SP-51s and SP-10 they are doing fine, haven't got my SP-53s from warranty back yet I really want to try!

Cold Steel has a subhilt bowie with a blade much like the SP10, it is uncoated and looks great. I certainly like my SP10 as it is, the sheath however could be better with just one retention strap for a quicker withdraw.

Was looking at my SP10 Marine Raider Bowie... and was thinking how cool it would be to see Ontario make a version with a stacked leather handle, metal butt cap, and a parkerized blade... Just saying!

Maybe we could even ask if they would do a run for a group buy here on the Ontario Knife subforum

still got some tweeking to do yet feels great so far. I also moved the top false edge back a bit. One helluva knife.

I finally got the handle right, and like the swedge much better. I cold blued the blade, and maybe shoulda left it bare steel to patine.
