Awesome. I've been less motivated than I originally thought to chop it down, but still think I would prefer it, especially for a deeper carry. Please share how you get it down... I'm assuming belt sander and some elbow grease?

Yep, exactly. Belt sanded off the lanyard hole extension, then hand sanded. Definitely carries nice and deep now.

I think you did a fine job with the blade reshape. Has a lot of the appeal of a CRK Insingo. The stonewashing is top notch, too!

I love my Kizer Guru. I could flip it all day long. Some custom things would be nice like a Damasteel pocket clip and different color inserts.
