No. The influence was the pocket knife. There isn't much similarity though. When there is influence from another knife, I always gaze at it for a couple of days, then draw something with the knife in some other room. From the pocketknife, the bolster area really fired me up. I took the curved top of the finger guard idea and the lengths. Really, thats all that made it through the process.
