I had pretty much put the YCS out of my mind because I figured it would be much longer and now I find myself even more excited than I was at the beginning!!! I just hope it's all I hope it to be. I am pretty confident that the kamis could only improve on the original design and by making the model I know how difficult it must have been to convert it to a proper khukuri.

And it will be very interesting to see how the sarki managed the scabbard with its extra large karda and sharpened chakma as well as the 3 cornered punch. That Had to be Difficult!!!!

Thanks for the pix. Where they ever made up by HI. I like them both. Still partial to the idea of a "S" guard... But we can only dream for now.

The khanjarlis are amazing - what do you think the chances are that we could get a run of the one on the bottom with the grooved blade?
