sorry, as said above, if it's one of their finished blanks they don't need to be etched. But if you reprofile or grind on it at all, it'll need to be re-etched. Do you mean special sizes of blanks, or just different size billets? Brad, the owner, is a super nice guy and will in all likelyhood make you whatever you need

And yes, their damascus makes them very usable. They use good steels, 1095, 1084, O1, and I believe 15n20 is used in bandsaw blades.
