Here's everything that I've been programming over the past two weeks while I've been recovering from this stupid back injury. Hope you guys dig these as much as I do.

Steel is being cut on all of these blades as I type this. 'Nuks will get cut as soon as I settle on materials. Could be Ti, bronze, or G10. Maybe some of each. Have not decided yet. :)

Those look awesome! But what I really want are some of your swords that have a slight bevel, and no handle scales and rounded off tips. What I'm looking for are a series of swords for sword swallowing. (I'm going to start doing multiple swords. )

Ain't happening. Sorry buddy.

Swords....#2 and #5 look great! All still chisel grinds? Just checking!

They all look great Speedy recovery!

All of these are part of my Professional Grade lineup, and feature flat V-grinds. It is my full customs that are chisel ground.

Thanks buddy. Glad you dig theme. :)

Really love the second sword design and that Nessie cleaver! Also digging the layout of the logo on those knucks with the clean cutoff set back from the edges. I can't wait to see some of this stuff. Hope your back heals well.

Thanks buddy. Glad you dig the new stuff. All of these are already being processed as I type this.

Back is pretty much back to normal. :)

Ya got a sister? ;):D

Damn, you have some nasty stuff there. That trench knife is amazing, but that dagger with long crossguards is epic. I love how you fuse traditional patterns from multiple cultures with your own sense of style. Really nice work all around.

I forwarded this link to Laci and he sent me back pics of the UUK and Express you are making for him. Fantastic stuff, DJ.

Thanks guys. Glad you dig. Nearly all of the new blades are being machined as I type this. :D

Both of those models are already back from heat treat, on on the way to Ionbond for DLC coating now, actually.

What are your modeling in? fusion 360, inventor, creo, solid works, rhino?

I use SW. Actually, I'm a weirdo - I use 2D OMAX software for part of the design process, and then once everything is laid out, import into SW and build the models.

Thank you for that. I was curious. You have some really great and unique designs.

How about a Gladius of some sort? Or scale up one of the dagger designs, it already looks the part!

There is already a gladius. :) Meet the S6.
