An ulu and a hunter

I have two to show you, one is obviously a professional shot by our friend Coop. The other is obviously not a professional shot.

This is a drop point hunter with mammoth ivory and musk ox horn. The engraving and the sheath are also by me. Overall length about 9 1/2 inches.

Next is an ulu with musk ox horn for a handle.

Always great to see your stuff, Mark - especially those ulus of yours. The musk ox goes with the steel like bacon goes with eggs!

I love how you merged the two materials into the inlay in the sheath. It's almost looks 'natural'.

Engraving mokume? Rare. None better.

They are superb. I like how you have done the ulu, something different than just centering handle or vertical shaft
