Architect Knives.

I don't understand the name- I've known a lot of architects and I think overall they would lean towards being anti-knife.

There are also the Architect sheaths for the Bradford Guardians by Armatus. How many architects rock a Bradford Guardian?

Anyone know what’s up with them? Three weeks now no replies. Have some blades but no scales or sheaths. Has a new ETA been set .

AK3 builder is available now.
They're down to 115 left of the 150+ they had. All of the micarta colors except one are sold out but lots of g10 colors.
The sheaths aren't as expensive as I thought they were going to be, brings the blade + scales + sheath down to basically the same price as a white river model 1 in magnacut. Given the ak3 is made by the same folks and looks like a more useful handle shape and slicier blade stock this seems like it fills an under-served niche.

I picked up an AK4.5 in msgnacut last week, it arrived yesterday and I got it put together today. The edge came very sharp, the handles feel good, and the sheath is just right in the retention department. It would be nice to have a sharp, 90° portion of the spine to strike a ferro rod given the company markets ferro rods with their kits. Great value, they definitely sell out quick!

Hi there!
I'm going to buy 5.5 3V, folks. Only concern I have is the thin tip. I've had a lot of knives and I know what I want now. The most tough I know is certainly the Varusteleka's Terava 140, I just love it, and it has unbreakable tip because of the scandi grind.
So my question is did anyone beat the hell out of your AK 5.5 in 3V? Is this still of that crazy toughness level that it can withstand hard use with its rather thin tip?

I’ll have to double check mine, but I think the tip is fairly stout. The 5.5 is a saber grind on the high side, but plenty strong for hard use.
