They may be very well be on limited staffing now, but I did talk to Dee on the 17th and she transferred me to Lee's voice mail, I left a message but no response yet. Maybe they are overwhelmed with support calls now. But the fact remains that it has been almost 90 days, and I have received absolutely no information about my SP53. But due to the virus I will hang in there until things get better.
