Here’s a cool blade that can serve in camp or combat👍12 7/8in of 1/4in 5160. The cold blued blade is 7 3-4in long tip to handle. The clip is ground thin but not sharpened. At 16oz, it’s easy on the hip and fast in the hand. The scales are black G10 with flared stainless steel tube fasteners. I’ve also added some wide traction grooves to the scales. The spine has some simple file work added. My price on this piece is $350 ***sold***shipped in the US.

I’ve finally decided on a name for this design, The Black Bear Camp Knife!!!! Made from 1/4in 5160 with black G10 scales. The scales are attached with epoxy and flared stainless steel tube fasteners. Overall it is 9 15/16in long. The blade is 5 1/6in tip to handle. It weighs in at 12oz. Stout but very easy in the hand or carried on your belt. The sheath is black Boltaron with a reversible belt loop. The blade has a cold blued finish. The choil has a ferro rod scraper built in and the spine has some thumb friendly file work added. My price on this blade is $325***sold***shipped in the US.

Here’s a new pattern I built. It’s a compact powerhouse! It’s constructed from 1/4in 5160 with black G10 scales. Weight is 13oz. The blade is 5in tip to handle and 9 7/8in overall. IMHO it’s very easy on the belt while still being large enough for chores. The full flat grind makes it a great cutter too👍 I added my tree bark texture to the scales so it will stay in your hand without being abrasive. The spine has some file work for a little flair and a useful place for the thumb. The choil is ground on a 3/4in wheel and left “sharp” at the edges for scraping a ferro rod. My price for this knife is $325***sold***shipped in the USA.

That JEST Bolo design is the best big knife bush design I have ever seen and I do not have one. I HAVE to fix that.

Got two fresh Camp Mistress Bowies!!! Both are made from 1/4in 5160. One has natural canvas Micarta scales. The other has black G10 scales. They’re both 15 7/8in overall with 10 15/16in blades. I’ve cold blued both blades. Weights are 22oz for the Micarta and 23oz for the G10. I went with high saber grinds on these two and they both feel very nimble for their size. The clips are both ground thin but not sharpened. I’ve made black Boltaron sheaths for each one. The belt loops will work for left or right carry. My price on each Camp Mistress is $475 shipped in the US.
