That’s one knife you rarely see here. I bet that serrated edge goes through things like a hot knife through butter.
It does for sure when I heat it up :D

Haven’t used this one...it’s a collection piece. My PM2 52100 serrated does like you describe though. Love the Spyderco serrations :thumbsup:
 
I almost popped the cork on this one just now, but it's a Monday and the amount of 9%abv brew would pretty much assure a fuzzy Tuesday.
