Boker "Tree Brand Classic" & Solingen made traditional knives

I guess this may or may not fit in this thread, but it is a Solingen made slippy. Saw this in the 2023 Catalog as well as in a few Shot Show video recaps. It's different from what I normally like, but for some reason I am drawn to it.

May or may not grab one - only if I behave myself for the next month or two as I think the retail for this will be in the $300's.

Oh boy...I wish I hadn't seen this post!

Let’s keep the Boker ball rolling gentlemen. My first Boker Barlow, this is the one that started AND nearly ended my love of Boker Barlows. This one has such an incredibly strong spring that I could hardly open it when I got it. I hated it! Once I learned to hold the blade and open the handle I was hooked on the Boker Barlow. 😎👍DB3EF282-0FED-4797-889A-D11080B61014.jpeg

Nice wood covers on that one. 😎👍 Is that a carbon steel blade?

Nice. 👍

My first Boker Barlow was the Ebony, and it is still a nail chipper. (Please excuse the tip, I've become really bad at hand sharpening and eat the tips. Picked up a KME late last year, once some other things are done I'll tackle getting a better point back on this one.)

Great photo. In regards to the tips…been there done that for sure. 👍
Those are both beautiful, I really like that stag.
If I’m not Mistaken that’s the Barlow Jose’ had “built” using Boker’s custom program. I’m sure he jump in and comment on it.
Love the copper bolsters.

Looking good. Wonder what else Boker will do with copper. Seems very popular. 😎👍
