Thanks holo07 holo07 . I'm still surprised I won it from a GAW glennbad glennbad held. He does some amazing work! This one is a definite keeper!
It's a Schrade model 196 in case you were wondering. It was originally a shadow pattern knife. He put a lot of extra work into it. For instance here's a fun tidbit...
Per Glenn:
"The bolsters and bail are from a Camillus TL-29." ... 🤯

There might be no end to the variety of knives that come from these two great companies!! Here is a scout-type utility knife with a fiber-embedded(?) handle, maybe called fibestos(?), from Schrade Walden!! Can anyone designate the handle material for sure??
