Deer hunting day pack recommendations?

An Army assault pack would work well. I used to use old military Load Bearing Equipment, but now I use a civilian version because its more comfy and you dont get so many strange looks from people. Its less bulky gear than a backpack and it doesnt get in my way when drawing a bow like a backpack sometimes does since LBE type gear uses a harness system. It doesnt hold a ton, but it still holds quite a bit of stuff and then I dont end up packing too much.
