A little FDE Friday

Happy Friday! Toting a Benchmade 15031-1 North Fork in CPM S30V from their Hunt Series (I have the matching fixed blade too but that would be frowned upon at work ), a Schrade Tatical pen and a Renato LE Dual Time Generation 8 Beast in gunmetal, #1448 of 2355.

Far in excess of my cutting needs locked down tight in a suburban house but it's fun to carry sometimes ...

Nice! What model is that one? Pretty cool!



These 2 for Friday. Love the socom, its just a beast, and this little tuff lite is a favorite! So sharp, thin, LW, and useful!

Thanks! It's not very big (a hair under 4" closed) a nice pocket pruner. Don't know how old, but it's carbon steel and marked < CK >, probably made in Italy.

Why would I need my pocket pruned?

I had a feeling it would be a tough one to track down...but on the other hand I have nothing else to do.

Yeah, it's the perfect edc. Size, weight, egos and action are all on point. I heard some people complain about sharpening the recurve on it, but I haven't sharpened it yet so I can't speak to that. Worse case would be to just have BM sharpen it.

I'm far from the world's best sharpener and I've easily been able to put a razor sharp edge back on it quickly. With that said, I've never let it get duller than working sharp.

There's an Italian company called Antonini that makes some similar "farm" knives. They're a little rough in the fit & finish, but don't cost much and you might have an easier time finding them.
