I spent last night in the hospital for an attended sleep study. They had a very nice set-up with a sort of mini hotel-like bedroom. They were very kind and solicitous and despite having about 2 dozen wire leads glued and taped to me I slept comfortably. Needless to say, no big-ass clipped knife was called for, so I just had a slip-joint in a slip with me.

Also needless to say, all the way down and back I had that modern-folder-guy-angst every time I sensed there was nothing clipped to my right front pocket. First thing when I got home--after hugging my wife, of course--was heading straight to the knife drawers to grab and pocket this new favorite. Aaaah, that's better.
