I just put a small kit together and stored it in the trunk of my wife's car and told her it was there. But she is pretty comfortable with knives which is usually the first obstacle to overcome.

Thanks Mistwalker. I think I'll do just that. I beleive she is scared the knife will try and car jack her or something...:eek: I have expressed that I would rather her be prepared than not.

I read through your posts about the serrations and starting the fire with one hand and that was a big springboard into me making the 3-mil purchase.
