For Sale: Fiddleback 12” Machete

I purchased this knife years ago, but have seldom used it. There are several reasons you may want to consider buying this one over a current production version. First off is the handle. It is hand shaped in the less common green canvas micarta with the trademark Fiddleback Bullseye tube. I just put a fresh bead blast finish on the handle for positive grip. The included belt sheath is reddish brown leather with a retention strap.

The main distinction with this knife is the edge. I spent hours refining it to a near mirror polish convex Wicked Edge. This makes it extremely sharp and easier to maintain with a regular strop instead of a file. This is hard to show in photos on a cell phone, but I did my best.

For Sale: Carl Rechsteiner Chef Knife

This knife was forged by Carl from an old saw blade. I has a visible hamon line and forge finished flats. The handle is figured maple over black liners. The knife will arrive with an extremely sharp convex Wicked Edge that is easy to maintain with just a regular strop. The knife is in well maintained used condition as shown in the photographs below. No sheath.
