Folksy Introduction

A great big WELCOME Kelly:),

Girls, Girls, Girls, I just love y'all!. Grateful's Girl, What a fine addition to SHEBOP and Totally Judy!. Am I forgetting about any of this Folksy Forum's finer fairer sex members?. I hope not.. All you galz are the best.

IMHO, and as previously mentioned to you, we have got plenty of testosterone flowing around in here and are in need of more the female persuasion to complement us manly men..:D And as Kerry the Knifehead put it so delicately,(paraphrasing) it reduces that manly aroma here in the Traditional folding & fixed blades forum cabin with the squeaky floorboards..

BTW G~G, I love your little slippy collection thus far.. I do believe I have one of those very COOL Western # 442 patterns too.. I am going to go and check right now.

And the occasional blasphemy as one of the liers circle whittlers nicks his thumb.

Well Grateful's Girl,

It is a pretty darn close/exact pattern as far as all the specifications go, but it does show the # 441 pattern and of coarse the scales are the old Cracked Ice which is the Faux Pearl type scales..

A question for you if you don't mid looking??

My knifes main blade tang stamp reads in three lines: WESTERN {over} BOULDER {over} COLO.USA

What does yours read??

Thanks,

Anthony

I'd be happy to make a new pot and freshen the cup of any and all ya'all sitting around that stove. And as for the liar's circle, I was fishing one time....

Fresh pot????

What do ya want to do that fer, the old pot still has some left. Sure it may be a bit thick, okay it's got a piece of scrap iron floating in it, but its still coffee.

Don't go to getting these guys tooo spoiled now.:)

Sorry Anthony, I didn't see your question last time I was here. Mine reads simply WESTERN {over} U.S.A.
Does that tell you an age? I know nothing about dating Western knives.

Anthony

I had no doubt that you all would make my wife feel welcome here and you sure have. Thanks to everybody. It is nice that Kelly likes pocket knives too, gives us something else to talk about.
I have slowly been trying to bring her into the fold and all my hard work and sacrafice finally paid off.:D
Hello thawk, what part of Kansas are you in?
JIM

How lucky you are that your wife enjoys knives too. Welcome GG!!!
