99% of the people I know would look at me strange and think to themselves, "What is wrong with you?" if I told them I did a slice comparison test. A "Slice off" if you will :p
The Dragaonfly and the LionSteel are factory edges. The Case has been sharpened and stropped by an amateur (Me :) ). I expected the Dragonfly to be the sliciest, because its... um, very slicey. All three are very good, but much to my surprise the LionSteel glided through the apple just the slightest bit easier.*

*Test results are totally subjective and dependent on the time, temp, humidity and my mood, and are mostly random and unrepeatable. I think a grant would be appropriate for further study.
