I love this thread!
Beans and greens soup, with some sausage and meatballs. Tore up a hunk of ciabatta bread and mixed it in. Topped with grated pecorino romano cheese. Yum.
Reminds me of the bread soups I've had in Florence.
Going to put a new edge on the Boker when I finish.

Cooked an easy Friday night Dinner. Beans, sausage & tomato just the wife & I, youngest at work, the eldest dosen't want to eat😧 teenagers😊.

Now I can sit & watch the footy.😀😀

Who's the knife maker?
John,
It's by Paul Emmanuel Arestan well known Aussie maker. His idea was to make an affordable Aussie made edc folder. So I guess semi custom, has the blades & springs made in Thiers France & does the rest himself, 304 stainless handle cerkote finish & etching.
