Food & Traditional Knives

Thanks, Jack!

You will notice I don't refer to that BFF as a Barlow! :D Boker & Lucas Burnley came up with a nice knife, but a Barlow!

Totally unrelated to breakfast or knives, the small city of Oswego, NY, north of us on lake Ontario, has a mayor named Billy Barlow. How cool is that!
It's weird that Boker have started misnaming Barlows, particularly when they've made so many great Barlows in the past 🤔 It looks like a really useful knife too 😎

That's pretty cool Gary 😎 I once went out with a girl whose surname was Barlow 😁 She was from the same part of Sheffield, (Stannington), where a lot of the early Barlow knives were made too! 😁👍

Happy Yorkshire Day foodies! :D Starting mine with a Yorkshire breakfast of toasted pikelets :) :thumbsup:

I have the serrated version of that folding Victorinox....it's so sharp I'm very careful using it.
Good to hear! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:
I have the serrated version of the Victorinox folding knife on my buy-one-soon list. I'm very happy with the "plain" edge version, although the completely rounded tip is occasionally inconvenient for food prep.
