Gerber knife opinions

You still haven’t proven that and you said you gave them away. All we have is what you say no pictures and excuses that you don’t know how to post pictures. Maybe you don’t know knives either. Which is looking very obvious.
You know what I don’t care what you think of me, I have been into knives for so many years and buck was my first but failed me and when I got Gerber I found out that they may be the best knife to use on the farm.

What do you guys think about Gerber knives? I want to know your opinions please!
Gerber? Hard pass.

Literally the last US knife company that I’d buy from after learning about the steamer that they released under the name “Ultimate Survival Knife”.

Another opinion: OP, if you aren’t already getting a check from Buck knives you should hit them up - this is some great advertising for them. :)

Best compared to what other brands (besides Buck)? I have a feeling you don't know knives AT ALL.
Knife brands I have
Buck
Gerber
Old timer
Kershaw
Maxam
Smith and Wesson
Imperial
Schrade
Ka bar
Ruko
Whitetail cutlery

Brands I don’t have
Spyderco
Benchmade
Cold steel
Sog
Crkt
Micro tech
Pro tech
We knives
And more

Out of the knives I have Gerber and Kershaw are higher in performance than buck, Gerber beating Kershaw by a little bit.

any American made Bucks though? Bucks ya mentioned were Chinese made and maybe same factory that makes your gerbers.

Maybe you should try out some of the brands you DON'T have. With a couple exceptions, all the knives you own are in the same class as Gerber. That class being "low".

Spyderco and Benchmade will outperform anything you own (again, with a couple arguable exceptions - but Gerber is certainly NOT one of those exceptions).

the Bucks he owns are a Walmart exclusive Chinese built and another in Walmart Chinese import. he's never owned, that he listed, an American made Buck. guessing he doesn't own a gerber American made either. he's comparing box store low cost Chinese knives to the same just under a different brand Chinese knives.

I am thinking about trying spyderco, not benchmade

In that case, Spyderco and Benchmade will outperform EVERYTHING he owns. :)
