Go Large--The BF Big Folder Thread

From top to bottom:

Zoomorpho Romano - Coltelleria L'Artigiano (Italy)

Gobbo Abruzzese 24cm - Conaz / Consigli (Italy)

Bandolero M201 - Exposito (Spain)

Montera Curva Ciervo - F. Bueno (Spain)

The F. Bueno knife doesn't appear to be available anymore, but the other three you should be able to track down fairly easily. Careful, they are addictive. 😂
Thank you for the info.
All Beauties!

Posted in the SHF thread, but the Momento Mori was one I couldn't pass up. Already a big fan of Magnacut after sharpening it to my liking so easily :)

I've dialed back on large knives in my collection, since I don't have too many opportunities to carry them, but I still love 'em and once in a while one comes along and calls my name. :D

I've owned a "regular" XM-24 before, and I was surprised by how differently the Skinny version feels in-hand and carries in-pocket. I can get a more natural grip on it, and it carries like a smaller/lighter knife.

birdave birdave ... what knife is that?
DennisM,
It's a new model, of an older model, Maxace Sandstorm.
It looks Very similar to one they made a few years ago, but with a couple of small differences...no Sandstorm name on the blade and the blade steel is on the blade, rather than on the flipper tab. Also, the Maxace logo is on the back of the integral frame, whereas the model they made a few years ago, had the Midnight Cat logo on the back of the integral frame. See attached pics. of two Maxace Sandstorm models, both integrals, that they made a little over a year ago. These models have a completely different blade shape. Thanks for your interest. Stay safe.
