Nice one, Harvey. I think that might be the first shadow pattern Lambsfoot that I have seen.

They aren't that uncommon, but I think they have usually been produced to save on costs, like some of those currently sold by Taylor's Eye Witness

The two latest members of my herd. I thought I'd have another come in today but it's the USPS don't you know.

The one I was expecting today didn't show up as the mailman was delayed leaving the post office today. Anyway, when it does show up I'll post a picture of it.

You have quickly acquired a very respectable flock Ed :)

Not the best picture but I'm still trying to recuperate from work and drywall repair. Got a package in the mail from Jack today.

Nice composition :)

I've been frightfully busy as of late but I took the time this evening to enjoy some finer things. I hope to get better caught up tomorrow. I hope everyone is well.

Hope you have time for more of the good stuff soon Dylan, that looks like a nice way to spend an evening :)

View attachment 1198324 I raise a glass to my fellow guardians!

That looks like an interesting drop Ben

Stunning Dan :)

Big Rosie and I were busy before sunrise this morning! We had accumulated 6 or 7 large boxes of various sizes that were cluttering our otherwise perfectly organized basement. ;) Rosie and I broke them down posthaste and put them in the trash for the weekly pickup! Did I say it’s Wednesday? I hope y’all have a great day! :D

Nice pic

I'm back from my trip to Knaresborough and Harrogate . I was going to head out that way, and a little further north, on Saturday, to have a walk at Fountains Abbey near Ripon, but I've now discovered that there are a load of road closures due to yet another large cycling event taking place in Yorkshire over the next week. Good luck to the cyclists, but do they really need to close the whole darn county down? o_O At least I found out about it in advance as I've been stranded before.

I only had time for a slice of toast before leaving, so stopped off in Harrogate for pancakes and coffee. They were passable. I have to say to my US friends that if you ever visit, you'd be well advised to avoid eating any dish you cherish or are even familiar with, because I doubt it'll be quite the same

Knaresborough is always an attractive place to visit, but at one time it had half a dozen antique shops. Now it has only one, and it's very overpriced o_O I did come across an old friend of mine, an antiques dealer specialising in coins and currency, who had a stall in the market-place. I picked up a bag of sixpences, but he wouldn't take any money from me for them :)

The market was very busy, with people getting their weekly dose of news from the town crier. He seems more popular than the old one, whom a few of our posters may remember

There's a fairly good beer shop in Knareborough, so I brought home a few supplies ;)

Hope everyone else is having a reasonable day

Looks like a good haul Jack :D Me and the Missus are off to Airdrie 40 miles North-West, for an autumn drive, also pick up my Red ale and stop in at the Super Store for a few groceries. :)

Thanks Dave, you're a bit spoilt for choice in that ale shop, but I'm limited by what I can carry! :D Hope you and Linda have a great day :)
