Rye Chess!!!!
Thanks, Daniel!!!!!!!

lol! Good morning Rolf!

It's really funny if you know the lyrics...

Do you folks like coffee?
Real coffee
From the Hills
Of Colombia

The Duncan Hills will wake you
From a thousand deaths
A cup of blackened blood
(Dying, dying)
You're dying for a cup

Guatemala blend
Ethiopian
French vanilla roast
(Dying, dying)
You're dying for a cup

Prepare for ultimate flavor
You're gonna get some milk!
And scream... for your cream

Duncan Hills
Duncan Hills
Duncan Hills

COFFEE!

"Scream for your Cream"

I love Hatredcopter, lol!

I gotta show you this new 5 gallon collection system. Got it together last night and I think I'll be back in business!

Nice! I have to see what you put together!

Check out Grizzly for dust collector stuff, I forgot to mention them yesterday.

For $58, I built this:

I ended up removing that last bit of tiny PVC, and putting on a solid converter. Now that end has a latch that snaps on firmly to my Wet/Dry Vac. Sucks like a champ! Need to figure out an intake for it now, something that covers an adequate amount of area under the grinder.

^ looks excellent, nice work and you saved some money too.

Mine is a 30 gal galvanized trashcan, I added a vortex lid to it that came with my collector. It's nice but I want to move it outside soon.

Check the collector before you leave the shop, you don't want anything smoldering in there... I once got a big ball of Titanium shavings from the drill press stuck in the hose. It built up Ti dust until it caught on fire and burned right through my metal hose like it was butter!

That video is awesome!

Thanks guys!

Credit is due to Mayo, Carson and my personal holey inspiration, the Tekna dive knife! :D

Those look like RF2's will they be available soon? Thanks and have a great weekend!

Hi velodemon, much appreciated... you too! :D

I'm hoping to complete them this weekend! :D

AHHH yes.....nothing like the smell of Dykem in the morning.

lol that's right! nothing like a whiff of that stuff :emot-yarr::emot-yarr:

I'm posting from the shop today... on a quick break.

Glorious!

You need some updated shop pics. How's that tapmatic workin' for ya?

It's pretty much the same but a lot messier than usual. :D

The tapmatic is awesome! It took me a while to get everything dialed in but I wouldn't want to go without it. I'm sure it has already payed for itself as I am no longer going through them like crazy.

Have a good one Rolf!

I'm just in from an epic day in the shop... but not done yet! :D Time to set up the anodizer... my solution has heated and is ready to go!

Anything exciting gong on this evening? Navy blue here...

Hey Daniel in the first pic it looks like you you used a torch to heat the back end of the frame, why did you do that? is it to make it more stiff? I ask because I am working on a frame lock and am about ready to cut the lock, do you think that if I heated the part that contacts the blade that it would give it more wear resistance?

Edit: I am smoking some chicken legs right now. :D
