Here's a weird question: Who makes the best scissors?

I run a bedding store where we cut anything from 1-3in quilts, 2in Latex Foam and Kevlar thread which we use to sew up the mattresses. I purchased 6 pair of Kai/Kershaw 7250 Shears and have been using them for 2 months. Thee best I have ever handled and we have tried out many brands. When your cutting a straight line through 8ft of 2in Latex Foam you need a large pair of high quality shears. They are super smooth and hold their edge. Price is about $60-$70 per pair depending on where you get them.
