I did end up dyeing the BK14 plastic handles in this picture. They were orange and I used black Rit dye on them over a year ago. They have held up very well, have never faded and I have never seen any orange show through even in scratches.

Its a BK14 I customized. Miniaturized it. Its about the same size as the BK13.

Well it takes some patience to get it right without over heating the steel but It wasnt hard. Im happy to help if you decide to make one.
