Good for Darrel and Lacey. Certainly there have been a few issues, but by and large, I think Lacey and Darrel will take care of you if there's an issue IF you give them a chance. Personal interaction with one or the other is never a bad thing, of course. Thanks for keeping us up to date with the resolution of your issue. I'm glad that you have a solid Maxx now.

And FWIW, being polite during your customer service interaction can only lead to better results. At least some of the customer service horror stories I've heard for various companies have resulted from a customer being a real jerk (not that I'm implying any such thing about any of the people here). Nobody wants to help a jerk, after all.
