I think Ethan nailed it!
Camillus made blade blank - acquired at auction or "left early".
Nothing else is Camillus related.
 
It might have left early but not from camillus close out. I've had it since before then. I don't think it's bed liner. It doesn't feel plastic to me like it does. The edge is very professionally done. I could never do that.
