What a fantastic knife. Very kind of Herder.
I've been planning to carry something in mother of pearl this week, and "randomly" chose the Morley.

I haven't been to this thread lately and reading the above posts has nudged me to randomly carry this Case Tiny Trapper today.
It seems to be someone's initials crudely engraved. Certainly not a professional job, and could be what led to the crack in the cover.Thank you Rachel, he's a gent That Morley is a nice one, is that someone's initials on the shield? You have a nice MOP collection there

Thanks! They are much less expensive to accumulate when you don't mind a broken blade, or little crack here and there. They're still stylish and usable.
I poked two fingers in the drawer and came up with this. 1976, I think.
Hey! Are you sure that wasn’t MY knife drawer you were rummaging around in???

Hard to believe 1976 is 44 years ago. I was 19. There must be some mistake.Hey! Are you sure that wasn’t MY knife drawer you were rummaging around in???
(Actually, mine is a 1975)
I agree. I have found the Case knives from the 70"s to be about the best knives I own.Old Case knives rock
Ahahaha same feeling for me when I hear an adult saying he's born in 1990Hard to believe 1976 is 44 years ago. I was 19. There must be some mistake.
I rarely carry this 15 because it was modified from a spear to a clip1 and gifted to me by mrknife and I really don't want to take a chance on losing it.
Thanks again Jack it's one of my most treasured knives.
Thanks Jack, being back on the porch and participating after being gone so long is a bit like coming home after being gone for a few years..
