Knives with no metal?

    Steel takes a better edge and makes a better knife. Ceramic is better for honing rods :p

    Nice Cv! I've got a Böker Gamma coming soon that's very similar to the one. The other Böker ceramic I have kinda defeats the purpose if your going non-metallic, lol...I turned it into a nice money clip though;) (titanium handle with stainless pivot and lockbar)

    They don't. Chefs might use one on their TV show to sell knives, but they really don't seem to be widely used in professional kitchens.
