You're pulling at my heart string. Since moving from acreage in NE Ohio to a development in central Florida one of the things I have missed the most is my wood pile! I have not swung my GFB splitting maul in over 3 years. That's changing this week because I am putting a solo stove on the back patio and have an appointment this weekend to pick up a load of aged dry Cherry. Not the same but will scratch the itch until we buy some rural weekend property.

Thought I’d share a few pics of my FK2.5 (FK3 with FK2 scales ) along with a gorgeous Lorien Arnold sheath that this Southpaw was lucky enough to land. The knife fits PERFECTLY and makes an audible “pop” when it’s placed back in the sheath. The nice minimalist profile is great on the belt, and aesthetically really complements this knife. Great job Nathan and Lorien!

Thanks so much brother! I like the FK3 enough that I just ordered a spare. Really seems like between the DEK1, FK3, S-SDFK, and a chainsaw, I’ve got all bases covered!

Albeit, a chainsaw would work during a zombie apocalypse….until it runs out of gas. You need a K18 or K20 !!!
