I am constantly amazed at the knives you pull out and show us. You must have been collecting for decades to have accumulated such a remarkable collection of gems.

I think a lot of the knives he posts are just like the black and white photo's in my levine's guides but only in color ~ most have full blades and are in excellent condition ~ some of the nicest knives seen to date ~

Reposting this here at the advice of another member.

Picked up a Utica Featherweight GS knife for the wife’s collection. She has one already. Obviously much older. Bone. Super knife. Anyway this one just doesn’t look as old and I have a hard time wirh Utica anyway. I’m (going to try) to post a couple of pics. It obviously has some amount of age. The snap is ok but not as snappy as I would expect a new knife to be. And from memory the logo is a tad different than her other one.
Anybody got any input on this thing? And seriously don’t even care about a value. That’s not why we both do this. And I don’t have much in it. Thanks in advance.
Interested in age. And as crazy as this might sound. Is it real? For some reason I’m thinking they quit making knives quite awhile back??

Utica still makes knives. Mostly modern one hand openers these days though.

Here’s her other older looking one and then side by side. You can see my concern.
The older looking one we don’t have a clue of the age either. But appears much older.
