Here is a Colt canoe I've had for about 10 years. It allegedly has titanium-coated carbon steel blades and G-10 covers.

A wonderful heavy-duty canoe! (Note the blade thickness compared to any of your others.)
Ti coated T10 carbon steel is what the then Colt Cutlery license holder told me, when I asked which carbon steel.

After Colt exited the cutlery market, this canoe and a couple others from the same series (and the entire Colt "Buckshot Bone" series) were moved to the Rough Rider/Ryder line up.
The only differences between the original COLT and Rough Rider/Ryder knives are the tang stamp and shields.

The G10 and Ti coated T10 series are a good slicer despite the heavy blade stock.
(I also have the matching moose pattern of the series.)

I should carry my canoe and the moose more often.

Edit:
I decided to show my 2.IMG_20250505_120733955.jpg
difference in blade stock. Colt CT609 next to a RR1062 "A Stroke Of Luck" canoe.
