The outside air in the Kathmandu Valley can sometimes be worse than inside BirGorkha. If Murali hadn't got back to his village where the air is clean I don't think he would have recovered. The air in Kathmandu was 10 times worse than LA last I heard. They are trying to clean it up but without much success.
