I have been lurking here for awhile as my interest in knives has started to take over my collecting of 1/32 and 1/43 slot cars. The site is just amazing. So much information that can be overwhelming at times. Anyway, hello once again and I look forward to learning from the site. I would post a few pics of my very small collection of knives to date, but I must have to have a certain number of posts prior to doing so.

Welcome ! There is plenty of info to be had here, and even some good people. Enjoy, and stick around!

If you upload to imgur, Photobucket, etc, you can post pictures. I'm northwest of Chicago, so Wisconsin is my playground :D

Welcome to the forums. Prepare to open your mind and empty your wallet!

No.
Upgrade to a basic membership or just use a image-sharing site like imgur to host them.

I would say welcome, but you've been here for almost 10 years already.

Oops I actually have one but forgot to post a picture of it. I will do that when I get home.

Wow, slot cars. My brother and I used to have quite a stable back in the ‘60s. Lost them all in a fire. He took up the sport again about 30 years ago, still builds and races them. I have moved on.

hey newbie!
a very decent collection you have there :-)
do have a great time here.
having a knife hobby can be an engrossing
and intense; dicey too when weighing out
wants vs needs.

Lol. If I make to 50 (10 years) I'll be thankful. 80 for me is a pipe dream.

It is engrossing. Justifying spending money as your tastes grow, can be challenging. Especially if you're married. Thankfully, marriage was a short stint for me. ~$500 was my limit at one point. Most I ever was able to justify. Ended up selling that one anyway.

Good luck on your journey. It's fun, but costly. I'm now awaiting an OTF, I've been getting in to autos.

Welcome!!! Im gonna guess you like fixed blades!! ;)
This place is a blast...you’ll fit right in. Might end up poorer, but knife rich! Haha.
Im in Canada.
Again, welcome! Looking forward to your posts.

Hi BRKCOP, glad you are getting active in our party. As you are aware we have a bunch of great folks at Blade Forums, smart too! I like the knives you posted in your picture.

Any snow in your neck of the woods? Do you do any hunting or fishing? Cheer for the Packers?

What kind of knives are you interested in? I'm a Gayle Bradley Mod 1 fan myself for EDC. You can't go wrong with one of his knives, IMHO.
