Regardless, sage is a great coating. Slick, smooth and extrememly tough. With how well these were surface ground prior to coating I would strip the coating off and use it if dont like the color;):)

Dont think I didn´t play with the idea of striping it, or sending it back to busse. One thing is for shure, since the machining on the micarta is different than the one on the picture you posted, it looks different, the micarta has more white fibers...I´ll post a picture as soon as I can....

I´d like some pictures of the DC finish, used and abused so I can decide wich one will be my user..
