pic request: regular vs racing LC

While there are some areas of the husk that are quite fibrous and tough, my concern there is about catching or dragging the edge when twisting and prying. Also the strikes on the hard shell and on the chopping block have me concerned. Not only can that shell be hard, but I hit it at all kinds of angles, and there was previously talk of possible edge damage with strikes at unfavorable angles with the super duper thin edge. I wonder how the edge would fare through Nathan's Osage Orange scrape test.

Egads! There's no way I would allow my potato knife anywhere near bones or pineapple; the edge is way too fragile. The poor knife would be mangled in short order on chopping duty.

Thank you very much for the pics!

I think you'd be fine, the material is very tough, even at that tight bevel profile

Like Justin said, at first glance they are nearly identical. RLC with TeroTuf and LC with black micarta.
